THE FACES OF COLOURPOP

Colourpop stands for individuality & uniqueness; the employees are the embodiment of these values.

 

We all know there is nothing worse than walking into a store and not feeling comfortable enough to ask for help. Colourpop employees will not only flaunt their unique personalities with how they act, but with what they wear. Their overarching purpose will be to provide advice, a helping hand, and a smile to every customer they interact with. 

NAME TAG

Competitors like Morphe or Sephora require their employee's makeup to look a certain way. At Colourpop,

no employee is restricted to a specific style of makeup.

Employees are encouraged to share their favorite make up style with customers on their nametags!

LAB COAT

Colourpop employees will be encouraged to accessorize their outfits with patches that are unique to them.  This will make them more approachable and could be an easy conversation starter for apprehensive customers.

FRIENDS, NOT FOES

Colourpop employees are meant to feel like a friend and a part of the community. They will use casual language and tone when greeting customers such as:

“Hey! Thanks for stopping by. What can I help you create today?”

CREATE YOUR

OWN PALETTE

The "create your own palette" feature from the Colourpop website brought to life. An open, collaborative space for guests to explore the many different shades and colors freely.

INSTA-WALLS

Instead of using influencers or models, Colourpoppers can use the hashtag #ColourpopLabs to be featured on the walls of the store. Just another way to celebrate the Colourpop community and showcase their talents.
