Designing the moments between meetings.
@ Meta Advocacy Day
-
For three consecutive years, I led our creative team and created the experiential design system and attendee experience evolution for Meta Advocacy Day in Washington, DC.
While programming remained externally led, I led the experiential framework focused on designing a seamless attendee journey across hospitality, activations, environmental branding, catering, and social experiences. Over three years, the program evolved into a more cohesive and elevated brand experience that balanced operational excellence with thoughtful, human-centered design.
-
Meta Advocacy Day brings together small business owners from across the U.S. for conversations with Meta leadership and policymakers centered around technology, community, and public policy—as well as trainings for Meta products.
-
In the program’s latest iteration, we expanded activations to the U.S. Capitol, introducing the challenge of creating cohesive Meta-branded experiences across multiple venues and touchpoints while maintaining operational clarity and consistency.
-
Led a cross-functional creative team spanning strategy, 3D design, and visual design.
Sold in ideas for new activations that proved to enrich the attendee’s experience while at the event.Used my past knowledge of the history of this event to onboard teams and help them understand this audience of Small Business Owners clearly prior to creative brainstorming new activations for them.
