I led the visual design and digital experience strategy for Nike’s multi-year Athlete Empowerment initiative, shaping the program’s creative identity across web, campaign storytelling, and in-store touchpoints. Partnered cross-functionally with Brand, DEI, Retail Ops, HR, Legal, and Communications teams to develop scalable seasonal activations, immersive content experiences, and engagement strategies that connected Nike Store Athletes to their communities in meaningful and authentic ways.
