Feeling unprepared for an interview is a major problem for job seekers. Glassdoor strives to be the most trusted and transparent place for people to search for jobs and research companies. It is unique from its competitors because it offers information about salary, interview questions, CEO approval ratings, and company reviews. Job seekers use this information to educate themselves when they are applying to jobs or preparing for interviews.
A 'Test Yourself' feature that asks real interview questions that are catered to the user based on the job and location they are searching for. This new feature also includes the option for recording and sharing to invite feedback from others and to self-evaluate their own responses.
